Position: Valuer/Negotiator
Location: Huddersfield
Salary: £23,000 to £25,000 Basic (Dependent on Experience)
OTE: £35,000 +

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilise current estate agency experience to effectively value properties and negotiate deals.
• Display strong motivation and drive to achieve and exceed targets consistently.
• Showcase a history of success within the estate agency sector, highlighting achievements in winning new business and closing deals.
• Lead, inspire, and motivate team members to achieve collective and individual goals.
• Maintain a polished and professional demeanour while delivering excellent presentations and communicating effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Provide clear vision and direction to the branch, fostering an environment of growth and development.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in estate agency, with a comprehensive understanding of industry practices and market trends.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results and effectively lead a team towards shared objectives.
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals and maximising opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with a professional appearance and demeanour.
