VALUATION MANAGER WANTED FOR INDEPENDENT AGENT IN RAINHAM

FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY WITH ESTABLISHED COMPANY

BASIC SALARY TO £22,500 DOE OTE £35-38,000 + CAR ALLOWANCE

My client, a well-known reputable independent Estate Agent in the area, are looking for a motivated and adaptable SALES VALUER/LISTER to join their successful team. This would suit an existing valuer or a Senior Negotiator looking to make the next step to Valuation Manager.

Key duties:

  • Previous lead follow ups
  • Canvassing
  • Regular mail outs
  • Valuing/listing properties for sale
  • Keeping a close eye on the local market and its stock
  • Figure reporting directly to the Director
  • Booking valuations appointments
  • Communicating and working closely with the sales team

Requirements

  • Good communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Valuation experience
  • Good knowledge of the local area a bonus
  • Team player
  • Self-motivated and hard-working
  • Keen interest in the property industry
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Well-presented and professional appearance
  • Good attention to detail and organised
  • Customer focused
