Valeter required for a well-known company located in Ilkeston. This particular company provide flexible, comprehensive vehicle solutions including: vehicle rental, contract hire, finance solutions and fleet management services.

The role

• Using of a steamer to desticker and valet fleet of vehicles using various different steps to achieve this
• Ensure all vehicles are cleaned and presented to the highest standards, both internally and externally
• You may also be required to carry out general yard operative duties from time to time as required
• Perform tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and polishing vehicle interiors
• Vacuum and clean vehicle upholstery, carpets and mats
• Utilise appropriate cleaning agents and chemicals to maintain a flawless vehicle appearance
• Inspect vehicles regularly to identify and report any damages or malfunctions
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient vehicle rotation and prioritisation
• Follow health and safety guidelines, maintaining a clean and hazard-free working environment
• Assist with general duties as required to support the smooth running of the operation
• Full training provided 

Requirements

• Experience in a similiar role desirable but not essential 
• A meticulous eye for detail, with the ability to deliver high-quality results within specified timeframes
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations within an industrial environment
• Good physical fitness, capable of carrying out physically demanding tasks
• Proactive approach, able to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
• Safety boots & a hi-vis vest

Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 8am to 5pm
