Shift Pattern: 2days / 2 nights - 12 hours shifts.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining utilities systems including boilers, refrigeration systems, and wastewater treatment plants
• Monitoring and optimizing energy usage to reduce costs and improve sustainability.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues with utilities systems to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production.
• Working collaboratively with teams to ensure utilities systems meet production requirements and comply with regulatory standards.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Apprentice trained.
• NVQ level 3/ONC/HNC in engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in utilities management within the Food/FMCG industry
• Strong technical skills in designing and maintaining utilities systems.
• Knowledge of UK regulatory requirements for utilities systems in the food/FMCG sector
