Office Angels are currently working along side a leading supplier for the scientific industry in finding them an experience Sales Order Processor, Nottingham based.
Main duties involve
- Importing & processing automated orders
- Processing manual orders
- Checking customer details and pricing is correct
- Updating customer portals with relevant delivery dates
- Quality checking work produced
- Uploading POD's to system
- Occasional reception cover
- Attention to detail is key in this role
- Organised and methodical
- Self-motivated and driven
- Responsive and reactive
- Able to work under own initiative and as part of a team
- To be able to communicate at all levels
- Common sense
