Underwriting Manager- Technology & Life Science

Idex is working with an award winning multinational insurer to appoint an Underwriting Manager for their Technology & Life Science sectors. This is a senior hire attracting a competitive salary, benefits and bonus structure.

On the back of ambitious growth plans my client is making significant investment into the Underwriting team to support their growing Technology & Life Science portfolio.

The successful candidate will oversee and growing and profitable portfolio and be responsible for managing the strategic direction of th e book. You will have a personal history of underwriting Technology and/or Life Science business over a number of years in the UK retail broker market and a demonstrable track record in delivering profitable results.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Underwriter to step up into underwriting management.

Flexible/hybrid working pattern. Can be based in Birmingham or Manchester.
