Underwriter - Specialist Finance (Bridging and Development)

Location: Manchester

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate applications in the specialist finance space, with a specific focus on Bridging and Development.

• Background with a specialist lender, demonstrating a deep understanding of the intricacies of this sector.
• Additional experience in underwriting term/BTL (Buy-to-Let) products, would be a benefit.
• Collaborate effectively within our fantastic team, contributing to a positive and dynamic working environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of underwriting experience in the specialist finance.
• Additional experience in underwriting term/BTL products.
• A high calibre professional with a proven ability to make sound underwriting decisions.
• Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
