A great opportunity has arisen for a highly ambitious and experienced UK Sales Manager/Head of Sales to grow UK and European Market share for one of the USA’s largest and most successful family/employee owned energy bar business. We are looking for a UK Head of Sales to build sales and distribution in UK markets including Multiple Grocers & High Street Retail.
Reporting to the European Director, you will be expected to use your existing Branded Food Sales experience to leverage opportunities with key players in this sector in order to lead and develop the execution of the UK Customer Plan. You will lead and negotiate all UK Customer agreements to align with European HQ’s strategies and financial plan for sustainable growth.
We want you to be a true ambassador for the company, to live and breathe our values and embody our aspirations. You must be driven to establish aggressive but achievable sales expectations, driving new business and consolidating existing business.
In return, you will be giving full autonomy over the UK Market, with the ability to grow your own UK team over time. You will be rewarded with a base salary in the region of £70000 - £90000 with highly generous bonus and benefits package including a company share scheme.
