UI Developer / DV cleared
Location: Cheltenham / Gloucester min 4 days per week on customer site
Clearance: Active DV required
Duration: From May 2024 - 11 months
Rate: £700-£765 / day INSIDE IR35
Skills required:
- Development experience using reactive JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React, Vue)
- Developing UI tests using UI testing frameworks (e.g. Selenium, Jest, Cypress)
- JavaScript tooling and deployment (Npm, ESLint, Babel, Prettier).
- Module Bundlers (esbuild, parcel, vite, webpack)
- Experience in developing CI/CD pipelines for automated build, packaging and deployment.
- Responsive design and UI frameworks (e.g. Material UI), including cross browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and specifications (e.g. WCAG, WAI-ARIA)
- Any UX experience is desirable.

You will work alongside the UI development lead and be part of an agile scrum team performing full end to end development from design, implementation, through to testing and deployment, liaising with stakeholders and Engineering teams to develop a fully integrated and well tested product. You will contribute to continual improvement and producing a product that is secure with a small bundle size to reduce exfiltration of data costs (from AWS).
