We are currently looking for an experienced Transport Planner in Hythe, Kent.

Hours:

  • 4 on 4 off
  • Monday to Friday
  • £35,000 - £40,000 Depending on experience
  • Must be able to commute to Hythe, Kent

Responsibilities:

  • Undertake daily planning for 25-30 vehicles
  • Liaise with Drivers throughout the day
  • Communicate effectively with customers
  • Use third party hauliers to cover loads beyond capacity
  • Have an awareness of industry compliance

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of drivers hours, working time directive regulations
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft
  • 3 years transport planning experience
  • Managers CPC Qualification - Advantage not essential
