Transition Manager, Heysham

• Salary £60k to 68k (dependent on experience)
• Car allowance = £6k
• Performance related bonus = £8k

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior operations manager to join our client's team as Transition Manager, Heysham. The successful candidate will have experience in the provision of shore base logistics services to offshore energy industries including oil and gas and offshore wind. Experience in business development, bid writing, setting and managing budgets, and running a profit and loss account is also essential.

As the senior manager for our facility at Heysham Port, you will take a diverse and collaborative role in positioning this business unit to support an integrated energy energy landscape in the East Irish Sea. You will also be accountable for the safety performance, profitability, and growth of the business. Crucially, you will be a champion for change and skilled at leading transformation and implementing continuous improvement methodologies.
