Their team focuses on the delivery M&A advisory services to clients across a variety of industry sectors including Retail and Consumer, Construction, Pharma, Manufacturing and TMT.
The roles existence is the product of continued growth and expansion. They are eager to speak with bright, ambitious and proactive Assistant Managers/Managers who can play a key role in delivering Transaction Advisory/Pre-Deal review services to key clients in this space.
To qualify, you will be ideally be ACA or CFA qualified with at least 1 year of experience gained in a Transaction Advisory role, where you will have worked on Financial Due Diligence (FDD) projects (buy side OR sell side) either within a practice environment, OR as part of an 'in-house' M&A role within industry.
You will have strong technical, financial modelling and report writing skills, coupled with the ability to pre-empt critical issues and communicate these effectively with stakeholders and your team.
The role is extremely commercial and as a result strong interpersonal skills are required as you will be expected to lead from the front and mentor junior team members.
Demonstrable work ethic, diligence and in depth industry knowledge is a necessity along with a burning desire to build a long term career in the area.
