As a result of a significant increase in deal activity and highly impressive pipeline, this awarding winning advisory boutique is looking to bolster its Transaction Services team with a highly commercial and career hungry recently qualified Accountant.

The successful individual will help to deliver a range of transactions including acquisitions on the buy and sell side (both in the UK and cross border), joint ventures and raising finance across sectors such as Technology, Retail and Healthcare and Life Sciences.  As a Transaction Services Executive, you will take responsibility for delivery of the financial due diligence process and the delivery of high-quality reports to corporate, private equity and banking clients.  You will also be expected to play a significant part in business development and marketing initiatives including developing relationships with some of the UK's most enviable PE houses.

This would suit a qualified Accountant (ACA or equivalent) ideally with some form of advisory experience (due diligence or Independent Business review) though applications from individuals currently in audit.  It is crucial that you are passionate about the deals world and have strong analytical skills - the ability to interpret data, generate insights and construct solutions.

This represents an outstanding opportunity to step into the deals world and forge a highly successful career in a highly entrepreneurial firm with scope to really take ownership of transactions from start to finish.
