Are you an experienced Training Manager with a passion for the Highways & Construction field? Our client, a leading training centre in Derbyshire, UK, is seeking a dynamic and qualified individual to join their team as a Training Manager. With a focus on Construction, Small Plant, Large Plant, CPC Driver Training, and various other courses, our client offers a wide range of training options to meet the needs of their clients.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the development and implementation of training programmes in accordance with industry standards and best practises.

Manage a team of instructors and trainers to ensure the delivery of high-quality training services.

Provide expert guidance and support to clients, addressing any training-related queries or concerns.

Monitor training performance and evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes, making necessary adjustments as needed.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customised training plans.

Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure training programmes are up-to-date and relevant.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in the Highways & Construction field, with a particular focus on training and development.

Certifications in Lantra, HTCA, and NPORS, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of industry standards and best practises.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional training experiences.
