Trainee Warehouse Supervisor

Salary: £25,000 – £26,000  per annum
Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm Monday – Friday
Location: Huntingdon / St Ives, Cambridgeshire
Start date: ASAP
Job Type: Full-time contract studying for a Level 3 apprenticeship in Warehouse & Logistics 1 day per week

Our client are looking to expand their Warehouse team with a Trainee Warehouse Supervisor. For the right person this is a new role with so much opportunity to develop within the growing company.

The role involves commitment and motivation to learn on the job, developing to lead the remit of the Warehouse and logistics function effectively, driving excellence and always considering continuous improvement, whilst collaborating with all levels.
We are looking for somebody with Warehouse, Logistics or staff leading experience who wants to develop a strong background in Warehouse and Logistics Management having an opportunity to study at college one day per week on a relevant Warehouse course.
Excellent communication skills at all levels internally and externally both in email and particularly in person is needed together with accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects.
With this being a trainee role we are offering a mentor for this role from within the Senior Staff and Directors.

You must be energetic, reliable and eager to learn all aspects of the role.
