Job title: Trainee Warehouse & Logistics Lead - Apprenticeship 

Working hours: Monday – Thursday 8.30 am – 5:30 pm & 8.30 am – 4.30 pm Friday

Job Type: Full-time contract studying for a Level 3 apprenticeship in Warehouse & Logistics

Salary: £25,000-£26,000

Location: Houghton, Cambridgeshire

Our client are looking to expand their Warehouse team with a Trainee Warehouse & Logistics Lead. For the right person with drive, this is a new role with so much opportunity to develop. 

The role involves commitment and motivation to learn on the job, developing to lead the remit of the Warehouse and logistics function effectively, driving excellence and always considering continuous improvement, whilst collaborating with all levels.

We are looking for somebody with Warehouse, Logistics or staff leading experience who wants to develop a strong background in Warehouse and Logistics Management having an opportunity to study at college one day per week on a relevant Warehouse apprenticeship.

Excellent communication skills at all levels internally and externally both in email and particularly in person is needed together with accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects.

With this being a trainee role, they are offering a mentor for this role from within the Senior Staff and Directors.
