Shipping Clerk Overview:

Shipping Clerk Responsibilities:

  • Shipping Documentation: Assist in preparing shipping documents such as bills of lading, shipping labels, and customs paperwork, ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations
  • Coordinate Shipments: Assist in coordinating shipments with carriers and couriers, including scheduling pickups and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery
  • Quality Control: Learn how to inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality, ensuring that orders are fulfilled correctly and meet customer expectations.
  • Customer Service: Provide support to customers regarding shipping inquiries, delivery status updates, and any issues or concerns that may arise during the shipping process.
  • Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Learn about and comply with shipping regulations and procedures to minimize errors and delays.
