Caralex Recruitment Ltd are looking for an ambitious and self-motivated individual to join a well-known housebuilder as a permanent Trainee Sales Negotiator. As part of an expanding housebuilder company, the successful applicant should demonstrate commercial awareness, excellent communication skills and a confident sales attitude.

The ideal candidate could come to us with relevant Sales experience, either via an Estates Agency, working high-end retail sales or has worked within the airline industry. This would be the perfect position for someone who is looking to make the move into the new build industry and begin their career.

The candidate will build relationships with potential customers, managing enquiries and offers, and will work closely with the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide a professional and knowledgeable point of contact for all customer enquiries.
  • Manage the offer process, including carrying out negotiations with customers.
  • To take direction from the Sales Manager and oversee the sales process from start to finish.
  • Monitoring customer activities and ensuring all customer enquiries are responded to promptly.
  • To work with other departments to ensure all customer requirements are met.
  • Develop relationships with potential customers and progress sales.

We are looking for someone who is organised, motivated and has the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
