Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top-tier talent within the financial markets, utilizing your strong academic background and research skills to support our clients' recruitment needs. This position offers significant opportunities for career progression within our firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential candidates within the capital markets sector.

  • Utilize various headhunting techniques to attract high-quality candidates for crucial positions.

  • Assess and understand client organizations, including company culture and role requirements, to ensure a strong match between candidates and clients.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and developments within the financial markets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional service and demonstrating our core values in all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • A strong academic background with a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

  • Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex information.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated determination and integrity in previous roles or academic projects.

  • A passion for the financial markets and a keen interest in recruitment.
