Package -: £22 - £26k basic salary for entry level. Flexible for experience + plus uncapped commission - (Year 1 OTE £35K OTE, Year 2 OTE £45K OTE)

Trainee Recruitment Consultant - The Role:

Our client is a global firm specialising in the finance and technology recruitment sectors with the aim to provide a thorough, effective and transparent solution to their client and candidate’s needs. The directors have 20 years’ experience specialising in financial and technology jobs. Both directors have successful careers with a strong track record working with the world's leading financial institutions. Today they bring their passion, knowledge and work ethic to the forefront of their business.

Day to day responsibilities:

• Managing the entire Candidate Recruitment Process
• Sourcing and screening candidates globally
• Building relationships with candidates and existing/new clients
• Negotiating offers

• Be able to collaborate well within a team
