Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Milton Keynes - £24,000 basic + commission

Working in one of our client’s specialist sectors Social Housing, you’ll be taken through an extensive training and personal development programme learning a range of highly sought after skills.

What You'll Do:

· Sourcing candidates via advertising, networking, headhunting and LinkedIn

· Building and maintaining a professional candidate and client relationships over the phone and in person

· Market mapping and becoming a knowledgeable industry professional

· Working towards your monthly progression targets

· Managing your candidate and client database
