The training is done through different methods including classroom, skills practise, theory, shadowing and real-life application. You will be taught the whole recruitment life cycle so by the end of the training program you are confident and skilled.

The role:

• Candidate acquisition - Build relationships with candidates within your niche market. Qualify what is important to them and what they are looking for from a potential move.
• Managing interview processes - Guiding candidates through the interview process, arrange interviews, take feedback and deal with pay negotiations.
• Client acquisition - Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients.
• Become a market expert - Attend industry events, meet your customers face-to-face, take the time to learn more.

The Requirements:
