Duties of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant include:

  • Sourcing and interviewing candidates.
  • Enrolling in our intensive 16-week training program for recruitment success.
  • Attend client meetings, foster client relationships, conduct interviews, and bring in new business.

Requirements:

  • Energy, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to understand client needs and advise candidates.
  • Confidently offer innovative recruitment solutions.
  • Networking skills and market knowledge.
  • Sales, customer service, or recruitment experience preferred.

A full UK driving licence is required for this role.
