Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Package - £22K - £24K basic plus commission - Year 1 OTE - £45K

Working with investment banks and hedge funds, our client operates within a highly lucrative market, optimising your earning potential.

The Role:

• Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies.
• Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships.
• Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
• Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests, and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client.

The Requirements:

• Degree educated or 1 years sales experience
• Money motivated
• Driven
• Excellent Communication
