Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Red Recruitment is recruiting a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team, this is due to our continued success and ongoing growth. At Red Recruitment, we are specialists in contact centre recruitment and pride ourselves on our industry knowledge and our exceptional delivery to our clients and candidates.

This position is temporary to permanent, is located in Aztec West, Bristol and is £11.54 per hour.

Key Responsibilities of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

• Resourcing candidates for temporary and permanent vacancies
• Building new client relations through sales activity including outbound calls, e-shots, client meetings etc
• Fulfilling client role requirements
• Interviewing potential candidates through video calling and pre-screen telephone calls
• Developing relationships with clients and candidates and nurturing the relationship

Key Skills and Experience of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

• Previous customer service experience is required
• Previous relevant experience in either sales, client-facing or contact centre industries is desirable but not essential
• Excellent written and spoken English skills is essential
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and be target driven is essential
• You must be enthusiastic, professional and passionate about your work
