Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Due to a rapid period of growth we’re now looking for talented and passionate remote working Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our growing London team. Description
The recruitment consultant's key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with colleagues in London, NY and LA on recruitment assignments
• Identifying and developing client/business relationships in a competitive environment
• Conducting regular formalized reviews with key clients, acting upon feedback, offering innovative solutions, and constantly seeking to improve our service.
• Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment
• Manage candidate sourcing process along with Interviewing candidates via zoom effectively establishing their key strengths
• Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
• Delivering end to end consultancy service, exceeding client and candidate expectations.
• Developing a strong knowledge of our client and candidate database, maintain constant updates, and ensure compliance with data entry requirements.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience / skills

• Ideally you will have pervious sales or recruitment agency experience along with strong business development skills
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Exceptional organization skills and ability to work independently
• Strong work ethic and talent for entrepreneurial ideas and execution

Job Offer

In return we are offering a base salary of £25,000 - £30,000 with a great commission structure meaning the harder you work the more reward you will earn so you will have true autonomy over your earning potential.
