Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Package - £21K- £24K basic plus commission- Year 1 OTE - £45K

The Role:

• Sourcing candidates and matching them to relevant job opportunities.
• Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships.
• Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
• Receiving and reviewing applications
• Organising interviews as requested by clients.

The Requirements:

• Recent Degree or Sales Experience
• Excellent organisational skills
• Financially motivated
• Great communication skills
• String work ethic
