FPR Group is currently recruiting for a driven and ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their successful team of health and social care recruiters in Portsmouth.
As well as learning day to day from our established recruiters we are also offer the opportunity to complete a comprehensive 15-month course through "recruitment juice" leading to professional recruitment industry qualifications. You will be fully supported by your manager, the team and an external mentor giving you the best possible head start over other trainee recruiters so that you can truly succeed in our amazing industry!
The team specialise in recruiting and supplying health and social care clients with temporary Support Workers, Care Assistants and RGN Nurses. The hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm and covering the on-call phone in the evenings and weekends on a rota.

What will I learn to do? As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will learn to source, interview and represent the best temporary health and social care workers available for our clients. We will coach you to develop excellent client and candidate relationships to ensure the highest quality recruitment process in the industry. What do I need?
- You will require a minimum Grade C in both GCSE English and Maths to qualify for the Level 3 Diploma in Recruitment.
- It is expected that you will either be a recent graduate or possess at least 2 years' work experience incorporating a customer service or health and social care aspect.
- Demonstrable self-starting attitude, a keenness to receive feedback, listen and take direction with clear goals set to strive for.
