Phaidon is looking for an individual with a background in sales to join our recruitment business, to develop new business relationships with prospective clients, and match the right talent to these clients. You will get the chance to work as part of our sales driven recruitment environment.

Duties:
• Developing new business client relationships.
• Sourcing and/or head-hunting candidates for recruitment vacancies.
• Achieving set sales targets and working to deadlines to achieve set sales objectives.
• Managing the candidate experience from selling the opportunity through to offer stage.
