A UK and international Board Level and Senior Management recruitment organisation with expertise across a wide variety of sectors. Due to major growth in our engineering and manufacturing division we are looking to appoint a new team member.
Competitive Base salary with exceptional bonus potential, expect £60k+ year 1 OTE.
After extensive training you will actively source new business by building relationships with board level executives across various manufacturing and engineering sectors globally.
Will manage full life cycle board and senior level recruitment campaigns on behalf of global customers/clients which involves: leading advertising campaigns, sourcing/headhunting candidates, overseeing interview processes, arranging meetings and negotiating contracts.
Work closely alongside the divisional director and senior consultants to provide research support as part of your ongoing development.
No Previous Recruitment experience is required.
We want to speak to confident, self-motivated and highly ambitious individuals who are keen to prove themselves in a fast paced B2B sales environment.
Requires excellent communication skills with an interest in business, manufacturing and engineering.
- Previous B2B Sales experience would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be given however, you must be comfortable leading commercial presentations/negotiations at a senior level.
