They have an established client and candidate base, very supportive team and an environment that has the potential to support any Graduate or Trainee Recruitment Consultant or Salesperson to have a prosperous and lucrative career in recruitment.
It is advantageous is in this role if you have had experience within sales, commercial or roles within call centres. Alternatively, if you are a graduate and gained experience within customer service or sales.
The role offers great training and support starting off within in their training academy from day one. The position is to place roles within the Secretarial and Customer Service Sector in the Liverpool and Warrington area by working as a recruitment consultant to assess client needs. Matching suitable, experienced or qualified candidates in a commutable distance from the client’s company. It is essential for this role that you can really listen to what clients and candidates want and consult to make sure the journey runs smoothly.
Part of the role is to business develop to win over new clients and maintain good relationships with clients and candidates. Regular client meetings are a requirement Recruitment Consultants will attend client visits several times per week. It is ESSENTIAL that Graduate or Trainee Recruitment Consultant have a full driving license and have their own car.
Abilities needed for the role include;
· Professional telephone manner
· Excellent writing skills
· Articulate and able to handle objections
· Not afraid to pick up the phone and achieve a high volume of calls
· Ability to manage time and organise working day
· Very ambitious with the desire to earn highly
· Confidence to attend client meetings and sell your recruitment services
In return for your commitments our client will offer £18,000 - £20,000 salary and uncapped commission (Plus profit share bonus £500- £3000 per year), 24 days holiday entitlement plus 1 day for birthday’s. Attendance bonus, Healthcare, Monthly incentives and End of Year Bonus.
