Here at Selective Recruitment Solutions Ltd, we are currently expanding our existing team of successful consultants/trainees and have a exciting opportunity available within one of our established teams within the Commercial Division.

Are you interested in working within a fast paced customer focused environment and working to deadlines? We are looking for a dedicated, resilient and conscientious individual to work as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant/Sourcing Consultant supporting the Temporaries Division.

The ideal candidate will possess a "can do" positive attitude coupled with excellent communication skills - verbally and written, be computer literate and an avid team player with the ability to work alone when necessary. It is essential that the Trainee Recruitment Consultant/Sourcing Consultant can identify and priorities workloads effectively to maintain an efficient and appropriate working day.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant/Sourcing Consultant it will be your responsibility to support the Recruitment Consultants with a variety of different tasks.
This includes candidate name gathering, interviewing, candidate management, database maintenance and ensuring quality assurance compliance.

The Trainee Recruitment Consultant position will be mainly desk-based, although in time you'll get to meet clients and candidates both on and off site.

*Sourcing and short listing candidates
*Identify candidate skills to match appropriately with vacancies
*Data input of candidate details and uploading CV'S
*Lead Generation
*Referencing candidates
*Maintaining and updating in house systems
*Plan workloads to ensure effective use of time
*Manage advertising to ensure suitable candidate attraction
*Keep up to date with current events and news within the industry
*Act as a point of contact for candidates and clients as and when required
*Dealing with general queries relating to job advertisement
