Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Aerospace and M&E

Package: £25K + Basic Salary (£40K OTE Year 1, £60K OTE Year 2, £80K + OTE Year 3)

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, your role is to generate realtionships from scratch, building a portfolio of clients in your niche market and becoming the go to person in your field.

You will act as the vital link between candidates and clients, bridging the gap between high level talent and businesses with vacancies to fill. It will be your responsibility to sell your clients to your candidates and vice versa, as well as pitching your own services to all parties involved.

My paticular client covers an array of vertical markets in the Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering space, you will work on excitign projects in the UK, US, Europe and Middle East, eventually being given the opportunity for international travel as you visit your clients in person.

This is a dual sales role that requires agility, negotiation and resilience. Think you've got what it takes?
