Trainee Production Operative

Hours: Full Time

Monday to Friday 3 weekly Shift Pattern (nights, lates, earlies)

Location: Stanford-Le-Hope

Permanent Position

Salary: £36,000 per annum.

We are working with one of the leading suppliers of bespoke renewable natural resources, who are looking for a motivated production Operative to join their team!

Role responsibilities:

• Undertake site operations ensuring safe, efficient, accurate and correct execution.
• Blending and product movement operations.
• Decanting.
• Tanker receipts and deliveries - Goods in
• Provide a live response to any manufacturing issues to a supervisor.
• Execute the daily blending plan as set out.
• Housekeeping standards, Stock rotation.
• Ensure correct waste fuel handling.
• working closely with team members to ensure a cooperative and friendly environment.
• reporting any machinery issues or hazards.

Skills/Experience:

• Understanding of process safety and alarm management.
• Desire to work in a focused environment towards deadlines.
• Emergency Response Procedures.
• Experience in the use of computerised supply chain and stock systems.
• Adherence to process and procedure.
• Good understanding and writing of the English language.
