Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Neighbourhood Officer; you may not have the experience, however they will ensure you receive the training to develop fully in this role.

They have an exciting opportunity for someone who would like to become a Neighbourhood Officer but does not yet have the full experience. You will deliver a holistic customer focussed housing and estate management service to applicants and their customers from all tenures. You will deliver excellent services to customers and work to achieve performance targets and high levels of customer satisfaction.

You do not need to be fully competent in the job specification of a Neighbourhood Officer or Housing Officer; however they are looking for someone who has the drive and eagerness to progress to become a fully experienced Neighbourhood Officer by the end of the first 12 months.

This is a development opportunity where you will learn the role over a 12 month period, with support and guidance from your manager and the team to help you to build the skills to become an excellent Neighbourhood Officer.

You will learn all aspects of Housing Management and helping their customers to sustain their tenancies. If you always look for the positive, thrive in a team environment and are creative in your approach then this is a great opportunity for you.

The role requires the candidate to have access to a car.
