Position: Trainee Protection Advisor
Location: Horwich (Office-based with hybrid options available)
Salary:
- £24,500
- £25,500 upon completion of probation & R05
- OTE £37,000 - £60,000 (Salary bandings depending on experience and R05)
About the Role:
As a Trainee Protection Advisor, you will have the opportunity to develop your sales expertise in the field of Protection Insurance. This role offers fully funded support towards obtaining your R05 qualification. You will engage with existing customers to address their Life Insurance inquiries generated through various business channels. The primary responsibility involves delivering top-notch telephone-based Protection advice directly to consumers.
Key Skills Required:
- Previous experience in Financial Services.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets & KPIS.
- Experience in a telephone-based role is preferred.
- Excellent customer engagement and communication skills.
- Driven to achieve sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer outcomes.
- Committed to personal growth and advancement.
- Strong organizational abilities to enhance productivity.
Working Hours:
Monday: 9am-8pm Tuesday: 9am-6pm Wednesday & Thursday: 9am-5:30pm Friday: 9am-5pm (Flexibility within Mon-Thu schedule post-probation; hybrid working options can be explored)
