Trainee Junior Broker

Advancing People are assisting a rapidly expanding financial services business with the recruitment of a Trainee Junior Broker.

Ideally you will be educated to degree level and looking for a role that offers a clear career plan - Ideally you will have some sales experience, however it is not essential.

The Role:

You will be joining a busy business development team making outbound business - business calls and sourcing leads to pass to more senior members of the sales team for circa the first 6 months. With great support and training through this stage, there is then the opportunity to move across to a busy sales team as a Junior Broker. Dealing with companies and people at all levels the role will offer great variety and the opportunity to progress quickly within the business.

The Person:

You will need to be an intelligent, charismatic, money motivated and hardworking individual for the Junior Broker programme - the client will provide the rest!

You could have recently graduated or may have some sales experience to date, your personality and drive is by far, the most important thing.

The salary is a basic of £24k plus guaranteed bonus of £12k in the first year which provides a total of £36k. The earning potential after this is significantly more.

Once you are a fully fledged broker you will have an opportunity to earn in excess of £65k-£100K OTE +

This role is based in Northampton office - you will need to be able to drive and work Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm.
