Extensive training will be given to the right person, but you must be prepared to get stuck in and make lots of outbound calls initially, a lot of your day will be spent on the phone.
- Grow consumables sales - generating new accounts through targeted lists and following up leads
- Managing all new sales and generating new accounts through cold calling
- Updating the CRM system and prospect lists
- Generating meetings for external sales team
- Achieving set and agreed targets
- Answering customer enquiries via phone, fax and e-mail
- Send out sales literature and samples to customers
- Working closely with Sales Manager and sales team
- General ad hoc duties
- File data and perform other routine clerical tasks as assigned and for other departments as needed
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
- Telesales experience ideally but not essential
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- Microsoft based products
- Good Organisation Skills

- Sound interpersonal skills
