MS325 - Trainee Installers

Location: Worcester

Salary: £23,500 per annum + overtime + progression

Overview: First Military Recruitment are currently seeking Trainee Installers on behalf of one of our clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful, growing company that is looking for talented employees to work in an environment that is challenging and rewarding.

Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however, all candidates will be considered.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Installation of temporary dam systems.
  • Working in some of the most beautiful and inspiring locations in the UK, this is an interesting and rewarding opportunity for candidates to work within a unique environment.
  • Often working as part of an emergency response for clients, teams are involved in some of the most high-profile asset management projects in the UK and are very often first at the scene when critical water way works commence.
  • You will be given full training and support in the role coupled with fantastic earning potential, and progression for entry level candidates.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • We require candidates that are keen to learn, and who are flexible in relation to the demands of the role (emergency works).
  • You must enjoy a physical outdoor working environment and be receptive to working away from home for periods of time (Lodging and subsistence costs are covered by the Company).
  • A full UK driving licence is essential as travel across the UK, and potentially internationally, is a requirement of the role.
