Salary £23000 - £25,000 - depending on skills and experience + bonus

Our client, a dynamic and ever-growing financial planning company, is now looking for its next selection of trainee financial planners.

With this role, comes clear structure and markers for progression, and would suit anyone who thrives on achieving milestones and is serious about learning all aspects of financial planning and progression through to Adviser. Beginning as a trainee financial planner, learning the ropes with administration, having full study support to achieve the CII Diploma in Financial Planning and progressing through to adviser.

Other Benefits of the role:

Progression through to Paraplanner and also Adviser if desired

  • Full time, office-based role
  • 7.5hrs per day - flexibly anytime between 8am-6pm
  • DIS, Health cash plan, enhanced company pension contribution (after qualifying period)
  • 22 days holiday initially increasing to 25 days.
  • Discretionary staff bonuses paid half yearly in May and October

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Degree educated (or equivalent)
  • Passion for Financial Planning
  • Have superb attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
