Trainee Financial Adviser

This role is best suited for an Paraplanner with at least 12 months experience, who has achieved or working towards their level 4 and who want to become an adviser. This role offers an incredible learning and progression opportunity where you will be working directly with the company founder being moulded into the next Advisor for the firm.

The Company

This company is an independent financial advisory firm that is directly authorised and based in Surrey. Its a close knit group who deals directly with lots of local clients in order to give them the best care possible.

The Role

You will Initially be supporting the financial adviser with typical paraplanning duties, able to pass off administration to the administrators. Further to this, you'll be attending client meetings with the advisor, learning directly each step of providing advice itself. The opportunity comes with the expectation of passing clients from the founder to you, in addition to you handling new lead opportunities, initially under the founders guidance.
