What we do

Finlink is set up to support the people and firms within the financial services industry. It’s a cliché, but we put honesty and integrity at the forefront of everything we do so when you deal with us, you know we will be looking to help you, simply because we want the right business for you to have the career you want.

We will take time to understand what you want from a new role by completing a fact-find and then present the best roles to you. Should you wish, we can also go further and create anonymous profiles of you and present these to prospective employers who may not even be searching for a new employee at that time.

We’ve got helpful guidance you can refer to on our website, such as steps you can take to improve your CV, and if there’s anything you’d like to speak about from steps to apply to interview preparation we are happy to spend the time with you to get it right.

If things don’t work out with any application (not every application is successful!), we will let you know and if we’ve been provided feedback, we can share this with you. What’s more, if you’d like us to, we will continue to look for new roles that match your requirements until you no longer need support.

For those we successfully help move into a new business, we will stay in touch after you’ve started to help with any questions or queries you may have.

• We typically only work with candidates who have experience within financial services, or those who are taking steps to be part of it.

• We typically only work with financial services-based businesses, as this is  our expertise.
• These businesses range from 1 or 2 people within the business to several thousand people and billions of assets under management.

Our Employees
• To date, we’ve employed and employee only those without prior recruitment experience, instead focusing on people with the right skills, behaviours, and desire to learn and who evidence they want to do the right thing, rather than earn at all costs.
