The Impact Academy is a meticulously crafted programme offering comprehensive training to equip you with the skills required to thrive as a Recruitment Consultant. Over a 9-12 month period, you'll assist a dedicated team in sourcing top talent for our client schools in Kent.

Your Responsibilities

During your initial year, you'll:

Identify and interview candidates for both temporary and permanent roles. Craft polished CV profiles for client presentations. Enhance candidate placements through strategic collaboration with our sales teams. Meet weekly targets and KPIs established in coordination with your manager. Earn commission for your contributions every step of the way. Support and Mentorship
