The Impact Academy is a meticulously crafted programme offering comprehensive training to equip you with the skills required to thrive as a Recruitment Consultant. Over a 9-12 month period, you'll assist a dedicated team in sourcing top talent for our client schools in Kent.

Your Responsibilities

During your initial year, you'll:

Identify and interview candidates for both temporary and permanent roles. Craft polished CV profiles for client presentations.
