Trainee Credit Controller

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a large and fast growing company in Deeside.

Key duties:

• Build relationships with customers and ensure the highest level of service is delivered and maintained

• Work with internal departments in resolving customer discrepancies in a timely manner

• Manage cash allocation appropriately

• Maintains accurate and up to date customer details

• Resolve queries relating to orders in order to resolve late payment issues

Core Competencies:

• Previous telephone based customer service experience is essential

• Credit control training will be provided

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• The ability to work as part of a team and individually

• Computer literacy in application of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and the ability to pick up bespoke systems

• Self motivated individual with ability to work under pressure

• Customer focused/drive to deliver improved customer satisfaction

• Good organisational skills


Hours - 9am - 5.30pm
