The Job involves:

A Trainee Recruitment Consultant job specification typically involves assiting experienced consultants with various receruitment tasks, including sourcing candidates, screening CVs, conducting interviews, and managing client relationships, while also gaining experience in the recruitment process through training and mentorship.
