We are currently seeking a dedicated Tractor Driver to join our team in Tonbridge. This role involves driving tractors and operating various machinery as part of our agricultural operations, specifically focusing on the cultivation of fruits.

Job Title: Tractor Driver

Location: Tonbridge

Shift: Monday to Friday

Pay Rate: £12.44/h (increases post full training and certification - company-sponsored training)

Transportation: Own transport required due to location

Responsibilities:

• Efficient and safe operation of tractors and agricultural machinery.
• Participation in the cultivation and cropping of fruits following established protocols.
• Adherence to safety guidelines and protocols.
• Routine maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in agriculture, with a focus on growing and cropping fruits.
• Competence in driving tractors and diverse agricultural machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Own transportation is essential due to the location.

Compensation:

• Starting Pay: £12.44/h
• Pay increase post full training and certification (training expenses covered by the company).
