£12.50per hour + EXCELLENT benefits

DAY SHIFTS, 40hour weeks

Salad specialists are looking for enthusiastic, green fingered people to help their herb & salad growing farms with this season’s harvest. 

Whilst all contracts are for a fixed term, there may be opportunities for a full time contract thereafter

Duties of the successful Tractor Driver will involve:

• Operate the company Tractor in line with operating procedures & health and safety
• Assist the Farm Manager in all areas of the farm; bed cleaning, planting , fertilising, rolling & harvesting, chipping & general husbandry
• Ensure all machinery are looked after & maintained properly  
• Ensure a clean and tidy work  space & production areas
• Work to the companies high standards in agronomy
• Ensure the companies high standards in health and safety & environment sustainability are meet or exceeded

The successful Tractor Driver will receive:

Required experience & Characteristics of theTractor Driver

• Category F Driving licence
• Full driving licence
• Agricultural qualification highly advantageous
• Tractor driving experience would be a massive advantage
• Computer Literacy
• Crop husbandry
• Flexibility and a drive to learn
• Excellent communication
• Horticultural or growing experience is essential
