My client is a leading inspection and certification provider who provide their technical services globally. This is the exciting opportunity for an experienced TM44 Consultant to join their sustainability team in contributing their services to the Building and Real Estate sectors

Role responsibilities include:

  • Carryout TM44 reports and ensure they meet strict deadlines
  • Liaise with clients and provide highly technical solutions to ensure their requirements are met
  • Work alongside colleagues across a multidisciplinary team and help deliver on major projects or corporate organisations
  • Take on short term projects and provide support on specific issues

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A TM44 Level 4 accreditation with good experience within a relevant role
  • Educational background within an energy or sustainability field
  • Good knowledge of Air conditioning systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
