Tier 1 Technical Support Engineer

Location: Cheltenham

Salary: Up to £30,000 Gross per annum

Following the recent success stories, they are now looking to further scale their support team with an outgoing, and ambitious Tier 1 Technical Support Engineer to join their Cheltenham office.

You would play a key role in investigation, and debugging of full-stack queries across a range of exciting technology stacks; giving you an opportunity to further develop your software skills. This is a perfect opportunity for an engineer who has been in a 1st and 2nd tier application or software support role that is looking for the next step!

You're a perfect fit if you:

  • Are experienced in 1st/2nd tier application/software support
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Have understanding of web technologies (HTML, XML, JSON, JavaScript)

BONUS: if you understand Java, Linux or SQL
