Third Party & Resilience Manager
A well established bank are seeking a Third Party & Resilience Manager in Birmingham.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee adherence of third-party suppliers and outsource partners to management frameworks.
- Ensure critical third parties maintain resilience and optimum performance.
- Assist Head of Supplier Management & Resilience in business continuity and incident management.
- Provide regular reports to Head of Supplier Management & Resilience.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year in financial services, with experience in incident management and/or procurement/third-party management.
- Proficient in business continuity, incident management, and operational resilience.
- Familiarity with banking products and SaaS/Cloud environments.
- Skilled in process mapping.
Qualifications & Personal Characteristics:
- Preferred membership in the Business Continuity Institute.
- Knowledge of the 3 lines of defence model.
- Strong organisational and planning abilities.
- Ability to manage/support incidents calmly across various issues.
